Meet the Instructors

Nita Woulf, Owner of Clever K9's and Head Instructor
Lynn Busse, Agility Instructor

Lynn Busse has owned and trained Labrador Retrievers for 12 years now.  It all
started with her first Lab, Penny when Lynn had to prove to her husband that
dogs could be well behaved members of the family!  She now has four Labs:
Penny and Elle, 12 year old littermates, 6 year old Phoebe and 7 month old puppy,
Ruby.
Lynn has taught obedience classes for 10 years and is a former Director of
Obedience at Winnegamie Dog Club.  Lynn's true passion with dog training is
teaching and training for dog agility.  She feels it is the way to truly develop a
sense of teamwork between dog and handler.  Lynn has been competing in agility
with her Labs for 8 years now and is currently working on acheiving a Master
Agility Champion title with Phoebe.  Lynn enjoys playing the Hunt Test game
with her Labs as well.  It is a joy to see these wonderful dogs do what they have
been bred to do and last summer Lynn was thrilled to have Phoebe attain her
Junior Hunter title.  She is continuing retriever training and hopes to work
toward Master Hunter titles with both Phoebe and Ruby. Lynn is also a certified
AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator.  When she's not training and playing with her
dogs, Lynn is the Office Manager at American Animal Hospital in Neenah.  Her
human family includes husband of 23 years, Ken, 21 year old daughter, Christina
and 16 year old son, Eric.  Lynn also enjoys camping and hiking, gardening and
reading in her spare time.
Lynn is excited and honored to join Nita at Clever K-9s and is looking forward to
being a part of the best dog training facility in the Fox Valley!

Andrea West, Instructor

Ever since I can remember I have loved animals especially dogs.  I grew up with
dogs; and each and every one was required to go to dog class.  So I learned the
importance of this at a very young age, but I have also seen the vast
improvement in the techniques we use to train dogs.
Currently I own 2 Samoyeds.  Teddy is almost 4 years old and Chloe is less than a
year. Both of them train for the sport of agility, Chloe is too young to compete
yet.  Teddy has the following agility titles: UAG I, OA, AXJ.  They both just
recently completed there Canine Good Citizen Test.  I am also trying out the
confirmation ring with Chloe.  Any activities you can participate in with your dog
helps the two of you bond to a whole new level. Get out there, get involved, and
Have Fun!!!!!!
I am very active with Wisconsin Samoyed Rescue.  I have fostered many dogs and
each dog brings with it their own learning experience for me.  I am a current
member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers.  Plus I have taken and completed
the First Aid Class for Pets.

Jessica Rauth, Instructor

I've been involved with dog training for three years, since the arrival of our fur
baby Stella (3 year old Lhasa Apso)!  Buddy our 3 year old Shih Tzu fur baby was
adopted from the Fuzzy Paws Shih Tzu Rescue in Peoria IL, a year after we got
Stella.  They are best buds and their turn-ons are chasing rabbits, chasing each
other and sleeping.  Their turn offs:  being told to get off the couch and having
their ears plucked!  I also have attended grooming class and enjoy grooming my
two little squirts.
